Nostradamus' sources and 2012 predictions
Judicial astrology? The bible? where are these predictions from?
Nostradamus claimed that the majority of his published predictions came from judicial astrology. Many people of his time criticised him as they felt the stars and planets could not predict what would happen in the future.

Since his death it has emmerged that many of his predictions came from studying ancient end of the world prophecies, such as the mayans, and the bible.
Has Nostradamus predicted 2012?
Nostradamus has been credited with predicting many different events and disasters, it is also widely believed that he predicted the rise of two antichrists (Napoleon and Hitler), and even the assassination of John F. Kennedy. But has he actually predicted the end of the world in 2012?
Nostradamus has never actually predicted the date '2012' however, many predictions of a similar time have been made. Some of them relate to World War 3 but the majority of his predictions that relate to the 2012 time period look to a comet striking the earth.
The above Quatrain sounds suspiciously like a comet and if you consider that Nostradmus was an Astrologer and wrote prophecies is it too much of a coincidence or does it make it more likely to be true?
